Apollo is alternative education program in East Side Union High School District.

We are a school of choice
You earn an East Side Union High School District Diploma
We have 20 students per class
Every student is prepared for an academic or career path

Students will take their junior or senior English, science, math and social studies classes at Apollo during the day and then participate in our credit recovery program after school hours and on weekends.

Customized Program for Each Student Top of Page

Every student at Apollo is assigned a homeroom teacher. This teacher will customize an academic plan specifically for you so that you will graduate on-time. This includes:

Designing an Educational Plan so you can graduate on-time
Providing motivation and guidance for credit recovery
Helps support and tutor
Holds a parent conferences every six weeks

Apollo is a very active school. We have guest speakers, take field trips, host a College and Career Fair. We feed the homeless, provide a food pantry and have a Spanish class with our partnership with San Jose City College.

As an Apollo student you can:

Participate in your homeschool sports, attend their dances, and clubs
You can catch-up on your credits and return to your homeschool for graduation
You can have a work permit, attend SVCTE, Adult Ed, or Community College
You can join our A-G program and upon graduation attend a four-year university
